REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Important Information:
- All returns must be received within 20 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and show no signs of wear to qualify for a refund
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items and order cancellations made more than 3 days after purchase
- International orders (products shipped outside the US) are not eligible for refunds
Restocking Fee: Because each product is handcrafted to your specifications, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers materials and components selected specifically for your order—including color and belt attachment options—which may no longer be usable for other products once production has begun.
If You Ordered the Wrong Product: If your order was confirmed accurately and the product was made correctly, you are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs to send the item back to Rhino Holsters
- Shipping costs for the correct replacement item
Please include the original packing slip with your return so we can identify your order and process your refund promptly.
If We Sent the Wrong Product: We'll make it right at no cost to you. We will cover return shipping and send you the correct item free of charge.
Before You Order: We highly recommend verifying all product specifications before placing your order to avoid delays and additional shipping costs.
